The final three games of the World Series failed to crack the top 10 in prime-time ratings. The St. Louis Cardinals’ Series-winning Game 5 victory over the Detroit Tigers on Fox was the most-watched of the three games last week, finishing 12th with 16.28 million viewers in prime time, Nielsen Media Research said Tuesday.

Tigers looking ahead to 2007
Usually by late October, the Detroit Tigers are weeks into their planning for the next season.
Not this year.
Tigers president and general manager Dave Dombrowski said that process was in its early stages on Monday - three days after Detroit’s season ended with a five-game loss to St. Louis at the World Series.
